How do you start looking for employment at Companies ? - employment

I have a degree in Business Communication and Management, I am currently makes on the lookout for employment in a company's marketing and sales of clothing and music companies, some of the brand. What suggestions you have, where do I start? (sorrry, I'm having trouble working with your company as a whole)
