My stool has been watery for the last 5 days and now it is about 95% liquid. i dont think its food poisening.? - watery stool for 5 days

Feces are dark brown and everything is water. Poisening meal I had before, and it does not feel well. My stomach was very upset. Last night I had a sandwich for lunch with fries and I were more or less eat sandwiches every day and maybe yogurt for breakfast. I wondered if my body is a negative reaction to an anti-inflammatory that I had. I've never had a reaction like this before. I also take vitamins. I'm on the right side of Saudi Arabia, but now in the United States. I travel abroad all the time but never had a case like this. I am 36 and healthy enough, because I'm a pro athlete by profession.
